Brit Bangla Association is a registered charity in England and Wales (Registered Charity Number: 1216361), governed by our Foundation Model Constitution to deliver direct hardship relief, essential aid, and community support across the UK and Bangladesh.
Managed by a dedicated Board of Charity Trustees
As set out in our constitution, our CIO is governed and managed by a Board of Charity Trustees who oversee all operational activities, ensuring financial integrity and full compliance with the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
Our trustees and community representatives work voluntarily to ensure that all income and resources are dedicated exclusively to our constitutional objects of poverty relief and social welfare.
